The Tofino Co-op has been wonderfully generous, and the Common Loaf Bakery has been providing healthy snacks for the communities' children for years!!!
Community Involvement
Wickaninnish Lunch Program
Our W.E.P.A.C. oversees our school meal program. Students who wish to be a part of this program must have a lunch envelope, signed by their parent or guardian, and returned to our office each month. The fee is $50.00 per month, however payment is at your discretion. If you are unable to afford that amount then you may pay a portion of the full fee, or make no payment at all. Select hot lunches are available for $3.70 as well.
Our lunch menu provides our students with a nutritional tasty lunch five days a week. Our expectation is that students on the lunch program will use courteous behavior when receiving their lunch, will help clean up dishes or lunch refuse and will assist monitors and lunch supervisors when requested.
